This is a critical issue that demands our attention and education. As anticipated, the company has issued two memos regarding proper radio procedures, which we have not been adhering to. Furthermore, the company has discontinued the policy of holding routes/busses. The company has been monitoring radio communications and has issued this text via the ranger as a result.
